Section 19
Insurer's bookkeeping and accounting

(1) The insurer shall keep the records of its accounts in an orderly manner. (2) In the records kept according to sub-section (1), the details of each income and expenditure of the insurer and the details of the insurer's equity and liability shall be clearly mentioned so that the actual status of the insurer's operations is known.
